But most importantly change happens in our life when we possess leadership qualities.

Leadership is an asset in today's world that is sadly lacking, we don't know how to have it, keep it or go after it, never mind actually GET IT! Yet it is an essential part of success.

The kind of person we become is dictated by those that have been leaders in our lives, whether it's family, friends, teachers, co-works and bosses.  Everyone experiences leadership, either being lead or leading. 

The challenge is in finding the right leaders to propel you to that next step in your own personal evolution. 

We can tell you right now, that true success is not achieved by having "A Leader" but rather by having many leaders in your life, as well as being a leader yourself.  But, how do you find real leaders for your life and more importantly how do you yourself become a leader.

You see fear creeps in because people have willingness of spirit to change.  So the good news is if you have ever felt fear of change you have the spirit of willingness for change.  This is an essential part of change, without it there can be no REAL CHANGE!

The reason you most likely got stuck at fear is you lacked a plan, a plan that could release the fear so your willingness for change could shine through.

It isn't because you didn't want the change or were not willing to work towards change, you simple didn't have a plan that could be followed.

Don't be hard on yourself...  not having a plan isn't necessarily your fault, it is most often caused by not having....

A LEADER with a PLAN for you to FOLLOW.

Well, what if you did find a leader with a plan you could follow to effect change in your life.

What if the plan is too complicated? What if you weren't sure if you could follow?

However, human beings find fear comforting because they know it, thus they don't try the plan even if they have one. In another words, we don't follow when we are being lead.

Oh, our fear is real good at rationalizing why we should or should not do something.

I think it's more important to lead than follow!

Yet following is what creates leaders and leads us potentially to change. 

I think that following is a weak character trait!

Yet, that is the furthest thing from the truth, to follow means having strength to pull back, to take the time to listen, and learn to have a different perspective. 

Followers get to have the trail blazed ahead of them.

Well don't get me wrong we don't suggest you follow all the time, but sometimes it's essential till you get where you need to be so you can lead the charge.

So if you are blocked by FEAR, what is the answer to that?

Well believe it or not, there is a secret to that too that we are going to share...

If you have willingness of spirit and a leader with a plan that can be followed, then you need to take ACTION to overcome your fear of change. 

Take Action, do something you haven't done before, better yet follow a plan you haven't followed before, most importantly follow a leader that leads successfully.

Now I'm sure you are saying that makes sense, but what if I can't take action?  Once again leadership is the key, leadership moves you past fear assisting you in jumping over the wall that was blocking your path to change.

That's what REAL leadership is...  Taking you through the steps... one step at a time.

So if leadership is so important in building change then finding the right leadership is critical to success especially when it comes to changing ones financial position.
