There are many people who know what a great inventor Dr. Saad Saad has become and about the time that Dr. Saad Saad spin as the personal physician to the Saudi Arabian royal family, but they had no idea how extensive his relief work was.
Dr. Saad Saad dedicated many years of his life to the humanitarian cause of helping injured children in Palestine. He discovered this passion when working with a hurt child in 2003.
Dr. Saad Saad may have a desire to help children in this region because of his own Palestinian roots. His family moved him to Kuwait when he was a young child, but his roots remain in Palestine.
The surgery that he performed in 2003 was a very complicated surgery but one is that he was able to conduct effortlessly. This was when he realized that the medical staff in Palestine were woefully untrained. He wanted to add to the medical training so that they could save more children on the front lines. It became a major part of his career for many years. In fact, he participated in eight medical missions and countless other surgeries for children who had been imported into the United States.
While in Palestine one of the first things that he did was work with the medical staff to change the way that they approach these complex procedures. They needed to be adapted for the environment to improve outcomes.
His commitment to this cause is one of the reasons why children in Palestine were given a second chance. He has been instrumental in saving an entire generation. This work has been acknowledged by countless organizations all over the world.
Dr. Saad Saad has even received two humanitarian awards from Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, the organization that he had been working with for years, and the Ministry of Health. This acknowledgment further shed light on the problems that were plaguing the region.
On his last trip to Palestine in 2015, Dr. Saad Saad was given a special award for his work. He received the Gold-Medal of Palestine from the president of Palestine himself. It was a very prestigious honor and speaks to the genuine amount of effort that Dr. Saad Saad has contributed to the region.
